Navigating Life’s Challenges, Together

Spring Tide symbolizes the power of overcoming life’s challenges, much like the spring tides that reach their highest point. Life is full of its natural ebbs and flows, and my goal is to help you recognize your strength and ability to navigate whatever comes your way.

About

About Me: Everyone deserves a place to feel seen, heard, and supported. My mission is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges—managing anxiety, overcoming stress, healing from trauma, or adapting to life transitions. You are the expert in your story, and my role is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can explore new perspectives, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with confidence and clarity. I’ve worked in diverse settings, including intensive outpatient programs, therapeutic hiking groups, and expressive writing workshops. I’ve facilitated equine therapy for homeless veterans and run equine-assisted programs for military personnel and first responders. I’ve also partnered with organizations to create safe spaces and legal advocacy for survivors of human trafficking. Trauma-Informed Approaches for Healing and Growth: In my outpatient practice, I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Narrative Therapy, and other somatic techniques. My work focuses on helping individuals heal from trauma and its effects on self-perception, relationships, and the world around you. Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected and unsure of how to move forward. Together, we’ll work toward healing, rediscovering self-compassion, and finding a deeper sense of peace. Therapy is not just about surviving life’s challenges—it’s about learning to embrace joy and live with intention. You’ve already shown incredible strength by navigating life’s experiences. Now, it’s time to reconnect with your resilience and move toward the life you envision for yourself. Making Therapy Accessible for You: I am an Out-of-Network (OON) provider and offer superbills for reimbursement through your insurance. Superbilling can be a fluid process, so I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand your OON benefits. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about this before you commit to services. I accept payment via credit card, FSA, and HSA. Ready to Connect? If you’re ready to take the next step, I offer a 15-minute consultation to ensure my services are the right fit for you. Click "Request Appointment" to schedule a telehealth meeting, or reach out via email or phone to arrange a time that works for you. You deserve to prioritize yourself. Let’s work together to create a path toward healing and growth.
