My experience spans diverse settings that include intensive outpatient programs, therapeutic hiking groups, expressive writing workshops, equine therapy for veterans and first responders, and partnerships with organizations supporting survivors of human trafficking. This range has deepened my understanding of trauma’s many forms and strengthened my commitment to creating compassionate, nonjudgmental spaces for healing.

I use proven approaches like EMDR, Narrative Therapy, systems work, and other trauma-informed methods designed to help you heal from trauma’s impact and reclaim a sense of self-empowerment and connection. My work focuses on how trauma affects your nervous system and shapes the way you relate to yourself and others. When survival mode takes over, it can be hard to stay present or connected. Together, we’ll gently explore what feels stuck, support your system in processing those experiences, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
You’ve already carried so much, maybe more than you realize. This work is about more than just getting through; it’s about giving yourself space to heal, to grow, and to feel like yourself again. You don’t need to have all the answers, just to give yourself permission to take the first step. I’m here to walk beside you, with care and steadiness when you're ready.
Making Therapy Accessible for You:
I am an Out-of-Network (OON) provider and offer superbills for reimbursement through your insurance. Every plan is different, so I recommend checking your OON benefits with your provider. I’m happy to answer any questions about this before we get started. I accept payment via credit card, FSA, and HSA.
